Houston Weather is so unpredictable

The morning commute Monday was plagued with flash flooding and many motorists needed help of local fire and police officials.

You may ask what does this have to do with Triad Marine.....well just check out that Zodiac! Our local officials use the same boats our military does in times of need. We are proud to have this partnership with local rescue officials. Keeping a city safe is strenuous work so they always need the best tools and equipment.

I would say I am glad we can provide a safe and stable boat for our cities finest to do a job that puts them in harms way. I hope many more lives can be saved but mostly I hope people educate themselves not to get in these positions.

Swift water can occur so quickly and often times people are just trapped. Thank you to the city fire and police rescues who are there for us. Hurricane season is right around the corner, and I hope we never have another Ike but I am proud to know our officials are well equipped and ready for high water situations.

Fun times from Boat Show 09

Well picture number one is the son of Adrienne Rust his name is Tyler and he loves the boat show......Picture 2,3, and 4 are some fun shots I made with my phone while we set up our booth space. It is a long day and lots of work to get set up.We are like family though so it is not too bad. The boat show time gives us the opportunity to meet potential customers and share facts with lots of people. There is a lot to do and see out at the show. When I took Tyler we were there 5 hours and still only seen about 3/4 of the whole thing. We look forward to seeing you all there in January of 2010! Thanks for the good showing and to all who bought a boat after seeing us there.

World Largest fold up inflatable boat!

Well here you have it the largest fold up boat in the world. I guess you could say it is portable but I would say it is mostly for ease of shipping. This is a Zodiac MKVI HD. Tom is having a seat there on the thrust board and as you can see we either have a big boat or a little guy. This "little" inflatable is 23' aka 7 meters long. If you think you need one let us know.
